ME/CFS in a nutshell

I came across this video on YouTube while doing research in trying to understand ME/CFS better. The video provides an insight into the life of people diagnosed with ME/CFS. People like myself.

The video is not new, but as I’ve become ill from this horrible disease, I want to do what I can to make sure ME/CFS gets the proper recognition and attention it deserves. It is commonly known that ME/CFS is an “umbrella term” for a set of illnesses that in many countries, and amongst many physicians, are considered as mental disorders.

You may know someone who suffers from ME/CFS, and I hope you take the time (about nine minutes) to view the video. It would certainly make me happy :-).
